Job Description:

LHH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our client's team in Chatsworth, CA. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full cycle recruitment and excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize MS Excel and other database management tools to maintain accurate records and track recruitment metrics.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers, both orally and in writing.
• Provide coaching and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain organized and compliant records of all recruitment activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Two to four plus years of recruiting experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong customer service background.
