• The hired associate will represent single-family residences, subdivisions, condominiums/townhomes, apartments, hotels, schools, retirement facilities, retail stores, offices and shopping centers in construction disputes
• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of construction litigation experience
• All-in salary range: $200K - $280K
• The hired associate can sit in Orlando (preferred), Tampa, Sarasota, Miami or Fort Lauderdale
