Job Overview:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Recruiter to join our client’s dynamic and fast-paced talent acquisition team. This role involves supporting high-volume recruitment efforts, managing up to 90 requisitions at a time, and ensuring quality hires within a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for AR/CRI (Accounts Receivable and Clinical Revenue Integrity) and other operational roles as needed.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume positions, averaging 5–8 hires per week.
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and detailed candidate evaluations to ensure a strong match with role requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
- Use ATS tools, such as Oracle MyHR, to maintain accurate candidate records and process workflow.
- Prepare detailed candidate submissions, emphasizing metrics and KPIs related to high-volume recruiting experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Maintain professionalism and confidence during all candidate and client interactions.
- Adapt to organizational changes and support fluctuating business demands.
Q
ualifications:
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience in high-volume, metrics-driven environments.
- Proven ability to manage 60–90 requisitions and consistently achieve hiring targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, polished demeanor.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Oracle MyHR.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pivot and adapt to changing business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset; experience in team-oriented environments, such as sports, is a plus.
