Our innovative & growing manufacturing client has an immediate opening for a personable and energetic Skilled Trades Recruiter to join their team! The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, onboarding).
- Collaborate with TA leaders to define needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for hiring quality production workers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future staffing requirements.
- Administer and interpret personality tests to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract potential talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for manual labor and skilled trades including manufacturing, production, and warehouse workers.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices (including DEI).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organized with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred.
