Inside Sales Account Representative (ISR) will play a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives. ISR is accountable for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territory via telephone. The ISR must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day to distributors and integrators, while leveraging and promoting our partner program, to maximize the revenue opportunities.


Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory.


Here's what you need to qualify:

  • Networking industry or related industry preferred
  • Recommended minimum 2 years college or Sales Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
  • Strong oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
  • Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
  • Based in Greenville SC office (Not Remote)


Here's what you'll be earning:

$40,000 salary + bonus = $60-90k OTE
