Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid – Lake Mary, FL

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with experience in sanctions risk management and filter tuning ? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in optimizing sanctions screening filters and enhancing risk controls .

What You’ll Do:

• Support the reduction of false positive alerts in sanctions screening
• Design, test, and validate suppression logic for filter tuning
• Create and execute test cases for filter logic changes
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and participate in remediation projects
• Interface with IT teams to improve business processes
• Assist in internal and external audits

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with LexisNexis Bridger and Fircosoft Systems
• 2+ years of sanctions-related experience preferred
• Rule writing experience is a plus
