--Position: Jr. R&D Engineer

--Responsibilities: The Jr. R&D Engineer is responsible for doing development of new products. This person will utilize engineering theories and techniques to research and develop products using different materials and makeups. This person will work with others on the team to find ways to come up with new products that are manufactured efficiently. This is a great first-step role for someone recently out of college with a STEM degree looking to grow with a national manufacturing company in a prominent industry.

--Requirements:

--Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Textile) preferred

--Strong understanding of raw materials in production process

--Theoretical knowledge of product development principles
