Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Lake Mary, FL, but would expect some travel to Dallas, TX

Job Description:

• We expect the business analyst to support product, program, operational, and business management activities. Including process documentation, procedural review, organization of data and documentation, ability to translate contracts into actionable work, metrics and data creation to tell a business case, and engagement of stakeholders.

Business knowledge preferred:

• Document Custody, Mortgage & Housing, Federal Government Solutions, contract management, requirements and process engineering, must be very organized and able to administrate self and actions of cross-functional team.

Requirements:

• Experience in BA, process design and translating metrics into business cases
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Experience with Excel
• Admin Skills
• Critical thinking
• Communication skills, both in document and slide presentation formats are crucial.
