We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead an assigned region l Talent Acquisition team. Experience in hiring for field operations up to professional and corporate level roles, a must for this position (blue and white collar jobs). We need someone with a collaborative mindset who can work with different business units and who is assertive.

Job Title: Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition (West Region)

Location: North Houston, TX

Hybrid – 3 days a week

Travel - 25-30%

What’s the Job?

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including managing the regional TA team, contractors & RPO support staff members.
• Drive performance and results and continuous improvement in recruitment processes through data, metrics and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives within the assigned region.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on sourcing and selection strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their continuous growth and development.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other applicable field
• 5-8 years of corporate recruiting experience and 3 years managing a team.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing and overseeing the work of a
• Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) vendor, a plus.
