Job Description

Job DescriptionAssist in preparing and assembling grants proposals/contracts in compliance with sponsor, organization, and federal guidelines and deadlines. Interact with other departments and agencies to facilitate the development, submission, and administration of grant proposals. Monitor terms and agreements of grant awards for compliance. Works closely with the assigned Financial Analyst. Provide all phases of post-award financial administrative support for sponsored awards in the assigned portfolio to IU Health team member. Collaborate with health system personnel at all levels to ensure the successful management and spending of externally and internally funded projects, including principal investigators, department administrators, finance, and other support personnel. Serve as liaison between the health system and external funding agencies in matters of financial reporting, budgeting and accounting. Oversee the close out of assigned awards and prepare for an annual audit to ensure compliance with federal OMB Uniform Guidance. Management of grants contracts and ECRO grants. Bachelor's Degree is required. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. Requires advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Requires extensive experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
