RCIS Systems Analyst-PRN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position exists to provide evaluation, implementation, and support of Revenue Cycle information systems. The incumbent will be responsible for ongoing system support, administration, maintenance, upgrades, and be the onsite vendor liaison for Revenue Cycle associated applications. This position is responsible for ensuring that all Revenue Cycle applications are available and functioning properly and that customer requests are satisfied on time and with the highest quality. Duties will involve problem analysis, issue resolution, and on-call support. This position will work closely with Systems Analysts, end users, technical IS staff, and application vendors. Entry level assigned to relatively straightforward IS application work. Incumbent knows and can represent a basic understanding of information systems. Ability to analyze data at a base level and learn systems concepts is demonstrated. Work is typically routine in nature and instructions are fairly detailed. Incumbent performs tasks under close supervision but identifies basic discrepancies and effectively escalates questions, issues, and key decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Requires good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products. Requires the ability to read and comprehend written instructions and procedures.
  • Requires in-depth process knowledge of Revenue Cycle operations or general information systems knowledge.
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, quality focus, and analytical skills.
  • Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
  • Requires the ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
  • Requires the ability to maintain confidential communication and use judgment and discretion.
