Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Interaction : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and courteous manner.
- Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Order Management : Assist customers with placing, tracking, and updating orders or service requests.
- Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve services and products.
- Documentation : Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain records in the company's CRM system.
- Policy Adherence : Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
