Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. This role involves managing incoming communications, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and professional attitude.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide general information about the company and its services.
- Assist with coordinating office events, travel arrangements, and other logistics as needed.
- Maintain security by following company procedures and monitoring visitor access.
