Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Settlement Processor/Paralegal at First Class Title, Inc. located in Rockville, MD. The Pre Settlement Processor/Paralegal will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to pre-settlement processing, supporting the legal team, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of legal documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-settlement processing, 2 years minimum
• Positive interpersonal and strong customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with legal documentation and procedures
• Proficiency in legal software and tools. We use Title Express.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Paralegal certification or relevant degree is a plus
