Role – Commercial Litigation Attorney

?? Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation matters in federal and state courts.

?? Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws and regulations.

?? Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

?? Collaborate with clients on competition law counseling and compliance strategies.

?? Assist in responding to regulatory investigations and inquiries.

?? Develop case strategies and manage discovery processes.

?? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of antitrust trends and developments

Requirements

?? Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

?? Admission to the California State Bar

?? 3+ Years Commercial Litigation experience with Antitrust experience

?? Strong writing and research abilities
