Responsibilities: - Oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
- Provide guidance and support to coordinators and clinical managers to enhance home health care services.
- Assist in budget preparation and administration.
- Hire, evaluate, and terminate organization personnel.
- Develop and implement organization policies and procedures.
- Act as Executive Director in the absence of the Executive Director/Administrator.

Requirements Qualifications: - Registered nurse with current California licensure

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Participation in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs
