The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR functions. This role involves a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, assisting with employee relations and limited facility functions. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Responsible for successful execution of onboarding and off-boarding of new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Completing background checks, employment verifications, and I-9 tracking for all new hires
- Supporting recruitment processes, including candidate scheduling, coordinating skill assessments, intake manager sessions, job description creation, sourcing, and interviews for certain positions
- Support all wellness program initiatives such as program design, wellness activities, training, biometric and flu clinic coordination, and system administration
- Plan and coordinate associate engagement activities such as company meetings, holiday events, community outreach, fundraisers, associate gifts, etc.
- Maintain inventory & replenishment for office supplies and consumables provided to associates
- Assist with the coordination of the internship program
- Assists in the organizational training and development efforts
- Maintain associate records, HRIS, department records, and directory. Report relevant changes to Payroll (i.e., benefit changes, job changes, pay changes, etc.)
- Provide functional support and coordination as needed for benefits administration and open enrollment
- Process HR expenses and Benefit invoices
- Responsible for handling various associate administrative tasks (i.e., business cards, condolences, holiday gifts, etc.)
- Provide high level support for CHRO which includes invoices, travel, expense reports,
- Initiate internal communication announcements via email and Slack such as new hire announcements, building updates, events, etc.
- Responsible for keeping, posting, and updating internal announcements, birthdays and benchmark anniversaries in Associate hub and slack channel
- Assists with FMLA/Leave administration

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: - Work History Requirements:
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Requires 4-year college degree in Business or related field experience
