- Start: March 2025 start pending credentialing
- Work Dates Needed: 10-12 weeks credentials - 6months min
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8 hour days, 1 late day, and maybe 1 Saturday a month but they get a day off during the week when they work Saturday shift. 8 hours also
- Work Setting: Hospital owned Primary Care outpatient 100% no call
- Scope of Work: 1 RN who is the coordinator for referrals &1 MA, each office has multiple providers Women's Health, FNP, OB, pediatricians, Lab & radiology is in the building. they have 9 sites in Anchorage on campus of the hospital. 8 to 12 patients a day - must see all ages. each doc 1,200
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: AK license, Board Certified is a must, DEA, BLS, COVIC initial 2 shots & must have Flu shot . Physicians must have current American Board certification
