• Preferred Schedule : Monday-Friday from 8a-5p (60). No weekends or holidays
• Worksite Setting : Primary care/Family Medicine - MD is sole provider adults only - no dependents. Support of MA, HCMm RN
• Scope of Work : Outpatient work; adults only; provider has free food - cafe's food court, cuisines, lots of options, no parking
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Must be Board Certified in FM/IM; IL license, IL CSR, Experience in Family Medicine and Epic a must
• EMR : EPIC - Experience required
