Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our growing team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests have an unforgettable dining experience by providing attentive service, sharing menu knowledge, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally.

• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and beverage options, with a focus on Filipino cuisine.

• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and ensure guests’ satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

• Handle payments and provide accurate change or receipts.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Adhere to health and safety standards, including food handling and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar front-of-house role is preferred.

• Knowledge of Filipino cuisine is a plus but not required—we will provide training.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for hospitality.

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

• Base pay: $10-12/hour |  Plus tips
