We are growing and looking for a professional, hard-working and driven individual to join our team as an Estimator in New Philadelphia, OH ! We are looking to hire immediately. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and task-driven, with a self-motivated drive to succeed.

Pay: Starting at $50,000/year + 3% commission

Responsibilities :

• Performs necessary tasks to ensure an accurate, detailed and profitable estimate.
• Completes on-site inspections.
• Communicates with customers to properly set expectations and explain service phases and turn-around times.
• Provides updates to customers and third parties frequently throughout the life cycle of the job.
• Takes photos and uploads images to all applicable portals.
• Maintains a clear and open line of communication throughout the entire job by proactively providing detailed information about the job status to the customer and third parties.
• Investigates and resolves on-site issues with the support of internal staff.
• Submits completed job files for final invoicing with all required documentation.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of industry related experience.
• Experience using Xacti-mate software preferred.
• Clean MVR.
• Must be skilled at proactive communication.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for handling a high volume of tasks while prioritizing appropriately.
