Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Santa Clara County, CA (Onsite)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Santa Clara County. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various engineering and construction projects, ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to align project objectives with organizational goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery by coordinating with contractors, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
- Oversee and review project specifications, drawings, and plans to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards across all project phases.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Identify potential risks, resolve project challenges, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvements in project processes and strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing construction or infrastructure projects (preferred).
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Deep knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
