Job Summary:

As a Project Manager and Estimator, you will oversee commercial construction projects from planning to completion. Responsibilities include cost estimation, project proposals, RFP creation, and full project lifecycle management. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain client communication and provide updates.
• Lead project teams, including site superintendents and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols.
• Estimate project costs using industry tools.
• Prepare competitive bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to optimize costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., RSMeans, 4clicks) and project management tools (e.g., Procore).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications (a plus).
