Job Title: Procurement Analyst
Pay Rate: $80/hour. to $84/hour. on W2
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-site)
Duration: Till Jan 31, 2027.
Role Description:
- This person will be doing research and analysis to create a landscape of vendors that meet a specific need for the organization.
- This process will consist of managing a RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quote) process, collecting and assessing the results, and being able to provide comprehensive comparisons of both qualitative and quantitative aspects. This work will also involve engaging with internal stakeholders to identify and recommend best-fit vendors to meet certain needs.
- This person will also serve as point-of-contact to support a key product engine for the team.
Desired skill sets & Experience:
- Project management skills: ability to set and follow a timeline and assess risk
- Comfortable communicating and representing the organization and project with internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors
- Ability to compare/contrast complex options and provide a well-thought-out recommendation
- Financial acumen: ability to compare/contrast financial costing models and calculate expected costs associated with various scenarios
- Experience leading RFQ (Request for Quote) and RFP (Request for Proposal) process and analyzing results
- Ability to distill complex concepts and processes into simplified messages and add structure to an analysis
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Industry analysis and landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to work with teammates in other time zones (Asia)
- The nature of the work is focused on the monetary affairs of the company.
- Proactively works with Factory, Developers, Category Team, and Costing Team to review and interpret factory cost breakdown and its impact on the total weighted margin.
- Provides and performs scenario analysis regarding Materials, component, technology, productivity, Gross Price Margin, and foreign exchange changes to help the team achieve target gross price margin per season according to the seasonal critical dates. Review historical information and models to prepare and present information to the category team and Costing counterpart to help establish FOB and factory negotiation.
- Effectively communicates pertinent costing model information to the category and costing organization. Including FOB confirmation and tracking progress against key deadlines and metrics :FOB Target vs. Actual FOB, FOB on time, Lean savings with the factory, category.

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
- Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
