BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Technical Writer to support their pharmaceutical client in Raleigh, NC.

Expected duration: Long Term

Location: Raleigh, NC (4 days week onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Produce system documentation from content provided by subject matter experts (SMEs), providing guidance on format to create quality documentation within expected timelines.
• Provide team with guidance on creation and delivery of required documentation according to local/SOPs.
• Deliver monthly / adhoc / trend metric data reports in ServiceNow and work with client leadership to produce summary reports (.pptx documentation) for management level reporting.
• Analyze data captured in ticketing system and provide recommendation for training to reduce operator error ticket volume.
• Create knowledge articles that promote system learning to users and team members.
