Corporate Maintenance Planner

Position : Corporate Maintenance Planner

Location : Burlington, WA

Compensation : $75,000 - $85,000/year DOE

Travel : Up to 20% (Canada and USA)

They are seeking a Corporate Maintenance Planner to join a growing team in the clean energy sector. This role is vital in coordinating and optimizing maintenance activities across multiple sites, implementing preventative maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvements to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and schedules across all sites using CMMS.
  • Act as the primary liaison between maintenance and operations to ensure effective communication.
  • Coordinate planned downtimes to optimize production schedules and reduce equipment failures.
  • Provide CMMS training and lead global updates to the system.
  • Generate and analyze maintenance KPIs through comprehensive reports and dashboards.
  • Consolidate spare parts inventory to support efficiency across sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion preventative maintenance best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with controlled documentation and oversee maintenance records.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in maintenance planning within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive working knowledge of CMMS software and reliability practices.
