As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be a high-performing individual who is in a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our showroom and supporting the needs of the sales team and team. The Sales Operations Coordinator will oversee various operational aspects, including supporting the sales team, managing showroom inventory, administrative support, and ensuring the sales process is efficient and streamlined for clients and team members. This opportunity allows you to join a growing business, and they want their team members to be invested, challenged, and grow with the company. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the team to contribute to the overall success of the team and showroom.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of operations or coordinator experience; previous experience in the design, stone/tile, or luxury furnishings industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Gmail) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM application.
  • Excellent problem-solver – enjoys finding solutions and approaching challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work with driven, focused, and dynamic individuals, clients, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently on tasks and produce detail-oriented results when doing so.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy samples.
