Job Description

Onboarding / Payroll Specialist:


Res ponsibilities: Onboarding / Credentialing

  • Responsible for office tasks, such as filing, data entry, on-boarding of new candidates at client site , Invoicing, Payroll, State Filings, client audits.
  • You will be first point of contact with the candidates joining our clients
  • Track Medical’s licenses, certifications for onboarded candidates
  • Work with client teams for professional liability insurances
  • Experience in healthcare credentialing . Working knowledge of credentialing rules, portals and regulations preferred
  • Handle credentialing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Keep Client information up-to-date and accurate
  • Assist with scheduling, organizing meetings, and department activities
  • Collect, scan, and process mail

Responsibilities: Payroll Management

  • Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing skills
  • Experience working with ADP for payable invoice entry
  • Timesheet collection from temp employees, enter the correct hours into ADP portal for payroll processing


Requirements include:

  • At least 1-2 years of office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks/ADP payroll system experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills and professional writing skills.
