Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Oversee and manage BOI (Business Operations Intelligence) reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
- Maintain and refine administrative systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise IT systems, software tools, and technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and user accessibility.
- Coordinate with IT vendors to address technical issues and implement updates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage office infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive, productive office culture in alignment with the firm’s values.
- Ensure the office environment is professional, organized, and equipped to support client needs and team productivity.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Oversee financial functions, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Manage the firm’s website, ensuring content is accurate, updated, and aligned with branding.
- Coordinate with external marketing vendors as needed to enhance the firm’s online presence.
Qualifications of the Office Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or office management, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
