Apex Systems is currently searching for a Lab Technician for one of our Food & Beverage clients in North East Philadelphia.

The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for:

• QC testing on dairy products (pH, BRIX, Gram staining, fat analysis, etc.)
• Pulling production samples
• Calibrating and Troubleshooting instruments
• Adhering to all GMP standards
• Completing documentation
• Maintaining inventory and supplies

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Biology or Science related field
• Only local candidates will be considered
