Mechanical Source Inspector

• W2 Contract
• Start Date: Immediately - Upon Customer Approval
• Duration: 1 Year Plus
• Location: Waterbury, CT 06705
• Shift: First
• 40 Hours/Week
• Training
• Travel / Mileage Compensation
• Local candidates only

Experience with the following disciplines:

• Commodity: Machined Weapon Parts
• Purchase Order Quality Flow Down Requirements and Special Instructions
• QAP Drawings – Quality Assurance Provisions
• AIE Documentation – Acceptance Inspection Equipment
• Various Sampling Plans
• Receiving, In-Process, Final Inspections/Inspection Reports/Travelers
• (IMTE) Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment/Custom Inspection Gauges
• Hands – On dimensional inspections for verifying compliance of complex machined, formed, stamped, cast, and forged parts
• Complex Engineering Drawings/Parts Lists/GD&T and associated documents
• All types of Certifications (C of C, Material, Finish, etc…)
• Experience with First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 or Equivalent
• US Citizenship
