Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and versatile Marketing Designer to join our team for two of our core brands - CoreBrace and DuraFuse. This role is perfect for a designer with a strong foundation in traditional and production design, combined with a passion for creating compelling assets for digital, social, and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Traditional & Production Design:
• Design high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, magazines, and signage for product-focused visuals for technical materials.
• Website & Social Media Creative:
• Create dynamic web content, including banners, icons, and layout designs. Develop engaging social media graphics and posts to elevate brand awareness.
• Asset Management:
• Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, including photos, videos, templates, and design files to ensure consistency in branding across all assets.
• Expo & Booth Solutions:
• Design innovative and visually compelling trade show booth concepts. Manage the production of expo materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Promotional & Swag Items:
• Create unique designs for branded merchandise, such as apparel, giveaways, and corporate gifts. Collaborate with vendors to ensure product quality and on-brand execution.
• Photography & Video (a Plus):
• Capture and edit professional-quality photos and videos for marketing use. Develop short promotional videos for website and social platforms.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.
• Experience with website CMS platforms. No coding is required, but we are looking for someone who can manage photos and video for our web presence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Photography, videography, and video editing a plus.
