Tatum by Randstad is recruiting for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join a well- established non-profit organization located in downtown San Francisco. The ideal FP&A Manager will be responsible for the overall financial management of the organization's grant portfolio. This individual will be responsible for reconciling and monthly invoicing of all grants and contracts in accordance with various funder requirements, which include government grants, foundation grants, donations, etc.
This contract-to-hire opportunity is an immediate need and would be a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days onsite in downtown San Francisco and 2 days working from home.
The compensation range is $50 to $60/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing the Annual Organizational Budget and various Program Budgets.
- Manage program and agency budgets to maximize revenue and identify potential areas of improvement and cost savings.
- Preparation of invoices for grants and contracts in accordance with funder requirements; ensures all invoices are timely and accurate.
- Conduct monthly financial assessments for each department and generate reports.
- Coordinate and prepare for compliance audits from both public and private agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related fields required; MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in grants management and/or financial planning and budgeting within a non-profit organization is required; previous public accounting experience highly desired.
- Previous experience with budget/contract monitoring is highly desired.
- Intermediate Excel experience required; financial modeling experience is highly desired.
