Legal Counsel will be expected to take primary responsibility for the company's day-to-day commercial & contracting needs as well as expand the scope of their existing legal expertise by working on a variety of legal issues as described more fully below.Duties & Responsibilities Provide counsel to key stakeholders regarding interpretation and applications of laws & regulationsWork cross-functionally with shared services teams to advise on legal issues & collaborate to offer creative solutions to achieve the department's goalsProvide strategic guidance to the company on HCP engagement and contracting practices.
