Professional Civil Process (PCP) is looking for a Office Clerk - a person who wants to go above and beyond for the legal support industry. We're looking for someone with exceptional energy and enthusiasm to join our PCP Team.

Position Duties: - Work with clients and court clerks to obtain Orders from the judge for Substituted Service of legal documents.
- Email Motions for Substituted Service to clients for review and signature.
- Process incoming Motion and Orders for Substituted Service and 106 affidavits into computer system.
- Forward signed Motions and Orders to the serving office and/or Process Server/Agent.
- Send out legal documents via Certified or First Class mail and process service affidavits if judge requires.
- Check email and phone messages daily.
- Work reports assigned.

Benefits Compensation, Hours, and Benefits: - Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00
- Pay: $15/hr
