Personal and Professional Qualifications for Success - Experience: 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience (post-residency).
- Licensing: Current, unrestricted AZ State license or eligibility for licensure.
- Board Certification: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- DEA Registration: Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
- Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment: Active enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- EMR Systems: Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena preferred.
