Requirements: - 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience (post-residency).
- Current, unrestricted Arizona state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Active DEA registration or eligibility.
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Athena preferred.
