Responsibilities
Duly Health and Care, distinguished as the Midwest's preeminent independent multispecialty physician-led group with over 900 physicians, is actively seeking an exceptionally skilled U.S. fellowship-trained plastic surgeon to enhance our esteemed department situated in the Chicago suburbs. Anchored by a dynamic team of 20 surgeons, our expertise spans surgical oncology, colorectal surgery, breast surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and bariatrics. Specifically, we are inviting a highly proficient plastic surgeon to join our collaborative group strategically located in Chicago's Northern suburbs.
SUMMARY
  • Seeking a U.S. fellowship trained plastic surgeon to join 2 other experienced plastic surgeons
  • Focus will be on breast reconstruction post mastectomy
  • Caseload will include reconstructing, body contouring, breast procedures, cancer reconstruction, and facial procedures
  • 36 patient contact hours per week; 12-16 hours on average in the clinic and 20-24 hours in the OR
  • Clinic opening will support Schaumberg and Bloomingdale offices; surgery to be performed at St. Alexius Medical Center, Elmhurst Hospital and Lombard Surgery Center
POSITION DETAILS
  • Need exists due to establishment of a new cancer center program
  • Prior experience required
  • Current surgeons average 10-15 cases/week in the OR
  • Responsible for covering call on own patients with cross coverage during vacations
  • ER call is 1:6
  • Large referral network with >900 physician
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Catalyst stipend of $2,500/month while completing training
  • The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000 - $450,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $375,000 - $600,000.

We offer a competitive salary complemented by productivity incentives for exceptional performance beyond the guaranteed salary. Additionally, the position includes a structured 2-year pathway to shareholder status.
