Employment Law Associate AttorneyWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employment Law Associate Attorney to join our reputable law firm based in Glendale, CA. This pivotal role focuses on federal court litigation, specifically employee benefits law. The successful candidate will manage cases, engage in rigorous legal research, and represent the firm in court hearings. With a hybrid work schedule and a competitive salary, we provide an environment conducive to professional growth and personal achievement.Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Represent clients in federal court cases involving employee benefits.Manage a docket of cases from inception through disposition.Conduct extensive legal research and draft various court documents.Attend court proceedings and effectively advocate on behalf of clients.Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure case strategies are meticulously planned and executed.Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and counsel as needed.Contribute positively to the firm culture and uphold the firm's values in all professional activities.Minimum Position Qualifications:Admittance to the California Bar.Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience.Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues proficiently.Strong proficiency in research, writing, and legal analysis.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:3 years of litigation experience, preferably in employee benefits or bankruptcy law.Deep understanding and familiarity with ERISA and federal court procedures.Proven track record of success in federal court litigation.Prior experience in a similar role within a law firm setting.Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and organization.Robust negotiation and persuasion abilities.Proficient in legal research software and tools.Benefits:401(k) plan with firm contributions.Comprehensive dental and health insurance packages.Generous paid time off policy to support work-life balance.Vision insurance.Relocation assistance for qualifying candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
