The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Shelby Township, MI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Excel in both independent and collaborative work, effectively managing a diverse book of commercial business.
• Servicing existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and managing strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Contributing to a positive workplace environment
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High School or Bachelors degree
• Insurance Licensed
• Mid-Market Commercial Experience
• Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration
• Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
