The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Sr. Commercial Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Bedford, IN. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Primary role is to partner with CL Producers to market and create presentations for new Commercial accounts over $1,500 in agency revenue.
• Be the primary relationship manager with our insurance carriers for visits and correspondence.
• Assist the CL Service team as a backup or fill-in.
• Manage 1 direct report assisting on the new business accounts.

Qualifications:

• P&C licensed
• Commercial experience; Preference for large commercial experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• General knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies
