Job Title : Associate Attorney - Personal Injury
Location : Bay Harbor, Miami, FL
Salary : Up to $100,000, depending on experience
An aggressive plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Florida is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with up to three years of experience to join their team. This growing firm is known for its commitment to representing clients in cases including, but not limited to, auto accidents, product liability, and medical malpractice. This opportunity provides the chance to work closely with senior attorneys, gain hands-on experience, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of injured clients.
As a Personal Injury Associate, you will be responsible for managing the litigation of a modest personal injury caseload. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys while refining your legal skills through drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and conducting legal research to support senior attorneys in court.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and client interviews
• Litigation support for court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Assist in preparing cases for trial alongside senior attorneys
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters
• Perform legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in personal injury law

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Admitted to the Florida Bar
• 2 to 4 years of experience as an attorney with a preference in personal injury.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and litigation support.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Team-oriented with a passion for advocacy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with personal injury litigation for trial preparation or settlement.
• Knowledge of Florida's personal injury laws and court procedures
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
