Job Description: Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with building codes and manufacturer specifications. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using hand and power tools. Conduct performance tests and adjustments on HVAC systems to meet specified requirements. Perform a variety of maintenance tasks involving repairs and alterations of walls, partitions, repairing of doors and door hardware, tables, shelves, and other furniture and fixtures. bility to maintain an inventory of parts, supplies and equipment and submit order requisitions to replenish and/or purchase new parts, supplies and equipment as needed. bility to answer and address emergency calls at any time and take appropriate actions to protect and preserve property. Completion of specialized training in one plus of the building maintenance or construction trades (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, electrical) is required, Journeyman trade license preferred. Proven 5 plus years of commercial experience as an HVAC Mechanical Journeymen or in a similar role with a strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, building plans/drawings, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
