Clinical Research Nurse Practitioner, Sub Investigator

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Nurse Practitioner to manage the daily operations of clinical trials and serve as a Sub Investigator. This role combines clinical expertise with research management, ensuring compliance and excellence in study execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Sub Investigator for clinical trials and conduct medical assessments as required.
• Oversee daily operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Train, mentor, and manage study-related staff to ensure effective study execution.
• Prepare for study initiation, including obtaining necessary approvals and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with sponsors, investigators, and study participants.
• Perform study-related procedures, including obtaining informed consent, data collection, and documentation.
• Conduct phlebotomy and manage laboratory duties as required by study protocols.
• Maintain and manage study supplies, ensuring readiness for all procedures.
• Oversee laboratory procedures, including specimen handling and processing.
• Coordinate study closeout activities, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Hands-on experience with phlebotomy and laboratory procedures.
• Competence in making informed medical decisions aligned with clinical research protocols.
• Skilled in performing medical procedures and assessments.
• Highly motivated team player with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
