Bilingual Office Clerk (English/Spanish)
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in accounting and tax firms and be fluent in both English and Spanish. As an Office Clerk, you will provide administrative support, assist with day-to-day operations, and help maintain efficient office workflows.
Responsibilities: - Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and emails in both English and Spanish.
- Handle client inquiries and provide assistance with basic tax and accounting information.
- Maintain and organize office files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets for the accounting/tax team.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for team members.
- Support the processing of tax forms, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with the accounting/tax team to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements: - Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in an accounting or tax firm is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
