We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake Specialist in a sales role. As an Intake Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with a DUI, traffic, or criminal matter.
Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and efficient intake process, laying the foundation for successful client representation. You will assess potential clients' needs, gather essential information, and guide them through the initial steps of the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients via phone, email, or video conferencing.
Gather relevant information about clients' history, goals, and challenges.
ssess potential clients' eligibility for various services offered by the firm.
Educate clients about the firm's services and processes.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and case information.
Requirements:
College degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or intake coordination is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in English (Fluent in Spanish would be a plus).
