The CNC Machine Operator will work closely with the production team to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities - Operate CNC machines according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to understand the specifications of the product.
- Monitor machine operations to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Document production data, production output, and quality control results.
- Collaborate to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lb pounds.
- Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for operating machines and measuring tools.
- Read and write the English language with proficiency.
- Capability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
