Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This person will be responsible for reviewing the Natural Language Understanding (NLU), including looking at and mapping utterances, adding and revising synonyms and overall quality of language to improve NLU handling. Additional responsibilities include working with business partners and IT to create NLP trainings, training the bot with improved utterances, synonyms and matters as well as developing ontology and knowledge graph for optimal NLP performance.
