Account Manager (Workers' Compensation) - Full-time
Location:
Woodland Hills, CA
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on workers' compensation insurance.
In-depth understanding of workers' compensation insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
Proven ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in data analysis, with the capability to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication of complex information to clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Job Description
Establish and maintain robust client relationships, serving as the primary contact for all workers' compensation-related inquiries.
Oversee the management and administration of workers' compensation policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely renewal.
Collaborate closely with claims adjusters and clients to facilitate the claims process, offering guidance and assistance as required.
Perform risk assessments to evaluate clients' workers' compensation exposures and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies.
Educate clients on workers' compensation regulations, industry best practices, and compliance requirements through tailored training sessions and informative materials.
Review workers' compensation policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices, conducting regular audits to identify areas for enhancement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workers' compensation, analyzing trends, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation pertaining to clients' workers' compensation programs, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and management as needed.
