Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Client Representation: Represent clients throughout all phases of personal injury cases, including initial consultations, settlement negotiations, and courtroom litigation.
• Case Management: Oversee a diverse caseload of personal injury claims from intake through resolution, ensuring timely and effective case progression.
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to develop strong case strategies and prepare persuasive arguments.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure fair settlements for clients.
• Litigation: Prepare and present cases in court, including drafting pleadings, motions, and trial preparation.

Qualifications
